Barbara Willibrand is a respected local educator with over 40 years of experience working for Antelope Valley High Schools as a Teacher, an Athletic Director, a Principal and an Assistant District Superintendent.
She has been an effective leader in promoting safer schools and higher academic standards in our classrooms. As our new High School Board Representative, we can count on Barbara to be a strong voice for educational excellence.
Equally important, Barbara has the proven management skills needed to lead our High School District during these financially troubled times. She will bring innovative new ideas to the High School Board to better manage the District’s budget and protect our classrooms from cuts.
